How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Domestic orders will usually take between 3-4 working days, whereas international orders can take anything from 7-9 working days. These waiting periods may increase during busy times such as Black Friday specials and peak seasons.
What is the difference between your ‘Hipster’ and ‘Chief’ range?
Although both have the same waist measurements, the Hipster range sits higher above the knees, whereas the Chief range is a larger fit from the hip and thigh down.

What are your return and exchange policies?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you in an exchange or refund of any unworn merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must have the original swing tags attached and must be in the condition you received them, accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Once we have inspected the items that you would like to exchange, we will send you the replacement product that you would like. In the case of a refund, the same inspection applies, whereafter a refund will be issued.
Please keep in mind that refunds can take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account. All items discounted, purchased on sale, or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. KOIKOI Clothing is not responsible for the shipping costs of your returned or exchanged items.
What if what I receive is not what I ordered?
If we accidentally delivered the wrong product to you, please notify us, and we’ll collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible; or provide a refund if that is your preference.
