DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped within no more than 48 business hours of KOIKOI Clothing receiving receipt of payment and/or payment confirmation

All South African deliveries are affected through UAfrica, which acts as an umbrella for local couriers. All international orders, will be delivered with DHL International.

Delivery cost per order is added to the total cost of the order, once proceeding to checkout. This amount will differ depending on the location of the delivery address. 

Should your order not fit into one sleeve that is provided by the courier, KOIKOI will compensate for any additional costs to fulfil the order.

All order’s above R1000 for delivery within South Africa, will receive free delivery.

If the order has not been received after 10 working days from date of payment, the customer has the option to cancel the order and be fully refunded.

South African Tracking

Once you have completed your purchase via the KOIKOI online store, you will receive an email with a shipment tracking link, and then a notification from uAfrica on the day of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to return or exchange product bought from the KOIKOI Clothing online store, you are required to deliver the product to our head office in Cape Town, by your own choice of courier or delivery. 

The Delivery details are:

Please include your name and contact details on the returned parcel.

Please note that nothing in this Returns and Exchange policy or the Terms and Conditions, in any way limits your rights in terms of section 56, read with section 55 of the South African Consumer Protection Act in any way.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you in an exchange or refund of any unworn merchandise, within 30 days from the purchase date. All items must have the original swing tags attached and must be in the original condition you received them, accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Once we have inspected the items you would like to exchange, we will send you the replacement product that you would like. In the case of a refund, the same inspection applies, thereafter a refund will be issued. 

Please keep in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.

All items discounted, purchased on sale, or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

KOIKOI Clothing is not responsible for the shipping costs of your returned or exchanged items. 

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible; or provide a refund if that is your preference.

Defect/Damaged Product

In the unlikely event that your product is a defect or damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, of the defect/damages by emailing us at info@koikoi.co.za. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. When packing the product for the return please ensure you package it carefully so that it does not become more damaged en route.

Once received in our head office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case, we will keep you informed.

When claiming a return for any defect/damaged KOIKOI “Product”, in your email to us, you will need to complete the following:

          Step One: Email all the details listed below to info@koikoi.co.za

          Step Two: Attach the original proof of purchase to the email.

          Step Three: Provide us with the following listed details and attachments.

  • Name & Surname
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • A description and photograph of the faulty product

What is a defect?

A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section: 

  •       faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  •       damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage of the product;
  •       damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  •       damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
  •       where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

KOIKOI reserves the right to inspect and determine whether your return claim is valid for a defective product replacement/refund. Any suspected fraudulent behavior will be marked as fraud and investigated before approving the return.
